LEAD stands for Liderazgo, Emprendimiento, Alfabetizacion Digital. LEAD is a collaboration between Designed Not Defaulted and the Wabash College Latino Community Center. LEAD is a 8 week dynamic program designed to empower individuals to grow personally, professionally and civically. Wether you are a leader, entrepreneur or a changemaker, LEAD provides the tools, connections, and confidence needed to make a lasting impact in your community and workplace.
