LEAD is an 8-week dynamic development program created through a powerful collaboration between Designed Not Defaulted and the Wabash College Latino Community Center. Rooted in empowerment, innovation, and community advancement, LEAD equips participants with the mindset and skills needed to grow personally, professionally, and civically.

Together, we’re shaping leaders who uplift themselves and the communities they serve.
The LEAD curriculum combines workshops, guided coaching, hands-on activities, and community engagement.
Each week focuses on a pillar of leadership, entrepreneurship, digital mastery, and personal development. Participants receive:

Leadership and communication coaching
Entrepreneurship and innovation exercises
Technology training and digital upskilling
Community-based projects
Networking and mentorship opportunities
LEAD's purpose is to equip participants with the mindset, skillset, and network to become purpose-driven leaders. We focus on self-awareness, strategic thinking, effective cross cultural communication, entrepreneurial mindset, and digital literacy.
By the end of the 8-week program, participants walk away with:
